When you purchase or subscribe to Velox Cloud, the contracting party is Cosmoforge Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. Velox Cloud is a product name, not a separate legal entity.

Clear responsibility

Cosmoforge Technologies is responsible for the Velox Cloud service and customer relationship. Our partner, Sandbox, supports distribution and customer service activities; it is not the contracting party unless your agreement says otherwise.
